Carlos worked as Sales Manager for more than 25 years in companies nationally and internationally, one of them being Publicar, a Grupo Carvajal company. Then he retired to dedicate himself to training and coaching working hand in hand with Saber de Panamá and the Universidad Santa María la Antigua, facilitating workshops for companies with various lines of business such as: Banking, Insurance Companies, Manufacturing, Television, Logistics, NGOs among others. , in countries like Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador and Panama.
