She leads the administration of competency assessment tools, personality styles and leadership of candidates, being certified in Mexico by Hogan -a globally recognized tool for talent assessment and development- for interpretation of results and identification of areas for improvement and development at managerial levels.
In 2007, Joy completed her studies in International Business at the University of Georgia, Atlanta, U.S.A., with a minor in German. She was on the Dean’s Honors list for 4 years and was a Hope College Scholarship recipient.
Prior to joining the C-Suite Partners Consulting Team, she served as Regional Customer Service Manager at BMW Latin America and Caribbean, and as Sr. Consultant. Executive Search at Siuma Talent.
