In 1992, she obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources from North Carolina State University in the United States.

Before joining the C-Suite Partners Consulting Team, she worked for 27 years as Human Resources Manager in different multinational companies. This experience was developed in various sectors such as banking, transportation, food industry and construction.

As Human Resources Manager, she has served as Regulatory Advisor and Trusted Executor supporting the General Management and line leaders in all matters concerning human resources management.

Her strategic focus and analytical thinking has allowed her to design programs for talent attraction and retention, compensation, benefits and incentives, and union relations management.

The programs designed by Ana Lorena have made it possible to transform complex change situations into new opportunities for growth and increased profitability. It has also ensured that employees are aligned and committed to the business/institution’s strategy, responding with agility and flexibility to new market challenges and opportunities.
