Trying to make something easy that we know is not, we propose the following:
1. Organize your company’s processes according to the categories in the example below.
2. With great awareness, choose an affirmation from the ones on the right and place it in the macro-process to which this affirmation applies best
3. According to your result, validate your plan for 2022 and 2023 – remember that what you build this year will be the foundation for your growth in the years to come.

It is not wise to generalize, but in the years that we have been helping companies in Panama, we have come across a reality: the day to day (execution or business processes) consumes the energy of the Senior Management Team, what is left of energy goes almost always to support processes and there is practically no time left to manage changes for progress, that is, the strategic process (strategic planning process, corporate governance and culture).
On the other hand, if the result is that you need to strengthen execution, evaluate well what is affecting it: Based on the diagram, zoom in on any of the Execution sub-processes: why aren’t you selling enough? why aren’t you producing enough? I don’t have motivated staff? I implemented technology to improve logistics, but I still don’t have inventory control?
In conclusion, hopefully this simple map will help to validate that nothing relevant is left out of your roadmap in 2022.
